This trine of Chardonnay, Viognier, and Sauvignon Blanc, fermented in neutral French oak, yields a Gala apple, citrus, starfruit, melon and botanical bouquet.

•40% Chardonnay, 30% Viognier, 30% Sauvignon Blanc
•90% of the wine was fermented in neutral French oak barrels,
    10% in 2-year old French oak barrels

Persistence is to tenaciously challenge opposition in pursuit of a vision.

 

This daring blend of Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Sauvignon pays off with elderberry, cassis, pomegranate, mocha, toast, black pepper, and cedar.

  • 60% Cabernet Franc, 25% Petit Verdot, and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon
  • Fermented in egg-shaped tanks and small open bins, then matured in 2nd and 3rd year French oak barrels.
